Decembre 4 2009 Solo performance Only the hand... in Innu (Muku mititshi... watch a video of a rehearsal), followed by a joint performance with Karl Lemieux (live music by alexandre St-Onge and Roger Tellier-Craig, 19H:00, Animation Summits, Norman McLaren exhibition hall, Cinémathèque québécoise, Montreal.
December 15 2009 Dialogic meeting about the video installation Only the hand... with the Streams of Consciousness group led by Professor Norman Cornett.
December 18 2009 Cinéma d’animation, improvisation et présence du corps, présentation for the research group Performativité et effet de présence, Université du Québec à Montréal.
January 2 2010 Beginning of the final work on the video conception of the show Nitshisseniten e tshissenitamin by Chloé Sainte-Marie.

February 22 2010 Received by mail L'improvisation : ordres et désordres (Improvisation, order and disorder), Textuel no 60 (revue de l'UFR Lettres, Arts, Cinéma, Université Paris-Diderot), with my text Animation et improvisation. This is the review of the colloquium held in Paris in January 2009, during the Sons d'hiver festival, in which I participated.
February 22 2010 Also received today, the cinéma magazine 24 images no 146 (March-April 2010) with my text about the presentation at the Montreal Museum of Contemporary Art, of Mamora, the new film film by Karl Lemieux (Mamora, mise en exposition du cinéma).
March 25-26 2010 Artist talk at the University of British Columbia (UBC) in Kelowna.

Spectacle de Chloé-Sainte-Marie-2
Je n’arrive pas à m’écarter de l’esprit l’idée que j’ai réalisé cet accompagnement vidéo du spectacle de Chloé Sainte-Marie comme si c’était un film, un authentique film allusif de 100 minutes. Ce qui recoupe mon obsession de la dernière année à savoir de prétendre que je fais plus que jamais du cinéma bien que mon travail se développe dans la marge, totalement à l’écart des cadres du «cinéma» au sens classique du terme. C’était le cas avec les performances Exercices d’animation, avec l’installation et l’ensemble du projet Seule la main… Toute ces entreprises tentent de répondre au problème de comment maintenir le «cinéma» comme idée centrale dans le radicalement multiple, dans une constellation fragmentée d’images.
